So With This Tomato Epidemic, Should I Refrain From Eating Bbq Sauce, Or Would I Be Ok?

Discussion: BBQ sauce is my favorite condiment, & they have tomatoes in it. Would it harm me? I hope not. What about tomato paste for spaghetti & meatballs?
