Cooking A Roast Beef On Charcoal Grill?
Discussion: I am attempting cooking a roast beef (Eye Round Roast/3.67lbs) on a charcoal grill.Has anyone cooked this specific cut on grill – if so any tips?According the internet.it can be done.Should i marinate it? Direct cooking or in foil?Any charcoal experts out there? thank you!
