Great demonstration. I enjoyed the fact that you pointed out that most people overcook fish. It looked beautiful. The brevity of the video was nice too. BTW, you guys have some of the best sandwiches around. Went to PA for a wedding…woah…the bread was great…must be the water. LOL

Nice! Im glad they were out of Octopuss though.lol. One thing I dont eat are Octopusses.. I dont eat Ducks either. There just to darn cute. Great cooking show!
